May 25th: RACE RACE RACE!
Today in chem, we did another race! The prize was a Starburst (and once again, Michael Chyziak won).. But we had to create molecular compounds with those building things (the ones with the double bonds and bonds and carbon/black balls). It was almost the same thing as we did last time, but the only difference was that we had aldehyes, amines and amides added onto the list. This meant that we had to use different coloured balls, and not just the black ones. We used the blue ones for nitrogens, greens for halogens, and reds for oxygens, and the standard white for hydrogen.
